We have started more than 40 classes in the Practical Nurse program. Our graduates have been employed at well-known hospitals and long-term care facilities.
Instructors: Our instructors are highly qualified and credentialed in the Practical Nurse program.
Facility: We have a fully-equipped laboratory for nurses, and medical assistants, and we have recently expanded our facilities to provide an upgraded environment for our students, teachers, and administration.
We are currently accepting applications for admission. Application forms are available at the school. Click here to get more information, or call 215-392-2938 to get information on the Wonderlic entrance test, including a study manual and online practice test, or for any other information.
PITC Institute is accredited by the Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools (ABHES) until February 28, 2023. Currently, the school is completing the accreditation renewal process. On August 11, 2022, PITC Institute was placed on a show cause action by ABHES. This action requires the school to provide teach-out plans for the Practical Nursing diploma programs that the Institute plans to discontinue. In addition, PITC has also decided to teach the Medical Assistant Diploma program. The current grant will be considered for accreditation renewal at the Commission’s meeting in early 2023.
PITC Institute provides an excellent opportunity to start a career in nursing and other healthcare specialities. Graduates are eligible to sit for the NCLEX-PN after graduating from the Practical Nurse Program for the purpose of obtaining the license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse. We invite you to get more information about the opportunities we present.
Our Commitment to Student Services
If you are taking our program to switch your career, we will train you in basic and job-related technologies, so you are eligible for the job market immediately after you graduate. We do not provide any implicit or explicit job guarantee, but we are dedicated to your development of market-oriented job skills.
